The IRS mandates that all plans pass various compliance and nondiscrimination tests each year. These tests may include minimum coverage, ADP and ACP testing for 401(k) and Match, general testing, and Annual Additions testing.

We reconcile your plan’s assets and provide a simple financial statement.

The IRS and Department of Labor require that plans submit a Form 5500 filing each year reporting information about the plan, participant count, and the plan assets held in trust.
